Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nordic Essence, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing premium products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the following policy for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Easy Returns – No Questions Asked

We understand that returns happen! Nordic Essence is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, you may return it immediately upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or refunds are not possible once the delivery has been completed and accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and labels.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please notify us at the time of delivery by calling +971 4 397 2571 and emailing customer@nordicessence.ae.

The replacement will be delivered on our next available delivery date in your area. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, partially used, or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders due to stock availability, order limits per customer, or suspected fraudulent transactions. We maintain a record of fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to deny service or cancel future orders from such accounts.

Force Majeure

In rare cases of events beyond our control (such as weather disruptions, supply chain issues, or unforeseen delays), we reserve the right to delay or reschedule deliveries. Affected customers will be notified promptly.
