Delivery Policy

1. General Information

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund via your original payment method.

Nordic Essence does not sell or ship products to OFAC-sanctioned countries in compliance with UAE laws.

Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries due to stock availability, product exchanges, or different storage requirements. Any changes after checkout may result in multiple charges on your statement.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver across the UAE. Our standard delivery areas include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery for the same day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 pm local time. Delays may occur due to order volume or product availability.

Locations with the next day delivery: Fujairah and Al Ain. Orders shall be placed before 12:00 pm local time.

4. Delivery Charges

Standard locations – 16 AED

Free of charge for all locations.

5. Damaged Items
Report any damaged packaging within 24 hours of delivery with a photo to our customer service team.
